The pollution-free tea garden emphasis much more on moderate and deep cultivating.Moderate cultivation usually being conducted before the spring tea, once a year with the depth from 10-15cm, which is good for the germination and new leaves growing of the spring tea.The deep cultivation usually conducted once or twice a year has a strong effect on aging and promoting soil, thickening live soil, and decreasing pests. However, the deep cultivation may easily break the tree roots, so it is a high-tech measure and harder to master. It requires flexible cultivating times.Deep cultivations in all types of tea gardens are being conducted after the autumn tea( winter), together with the spraying lime sulfur and comprehensively cleaning work.

For the young tea plantation, people should select legumes, such as soybeans, green beans, peanuts or creeping of the compounds such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. When intercropping, the density should be reasonable, green manure and the tea tree need to maintain an appropriate distance, taking double row hole species, 2 to 3 per hole. When the crops matured should be harvested as soon as possible, and promptly turned leaf stems buried in soil. For adult tea trees, people should choose the deep-rooted water fight fat umbrella-type fruit that not sharing water and fertilizer with trees, such as oil persimmon, longan, red bayberry, peach, plum, etc. Intercropping should be based on coverage and tea tea growing to decide the planting density and the tree varieties, which may control the shade rate from 20% to 30%.

What kind of tea dose Tie Guan Yin belong to?

Tie guan yin tea, is created by the people in Anxi of Fujian province during the year of 1725-1735. It is the representive of oolong, one of the Chinese ten famous tea. Tie guan yin tea is between the green tea and black tea, belonging to half-fermentation tea. Tie guan yin tea has its own “Kwan-yin lingering charm”, fresh and elegant. In spite of the general health keeping effect, tie guan yin tea also has effects of anti-aging, anti-cancer, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-diabetes, diet fitting, anti-caries, heat curing, sobering up and obstructing smoking.

The summer tie guan yin tea, i.e., tea picked and made in the hottest season of the year, which takes 20% of the total production of the whole year. The leaves picked at that time are the worst of the four seasons. In appearance, the leaves are loose and nonuniform with dim color. As to the quality, the aroma is not high while the tea water is weak and bitter. The summer tea costs less because that it doesn’t partition a long time from the harvest of spring Dragon well tea, the nutrient accumulated in the tree is little while the temperature is high with much rainfall, which costs nutrient quickly. Therefore, only few of branches germinated and grew, causing poor inclusion.

Differences between oolong tea and tie guan yin tea

Drinking tea, this is a very common and simple thing, both dignitaries and people know how to drink tea: as long as add tea into cups with hot water, that’s it. However, speaking of the teaism, that’s a big issue. Most people will stay at a respectful distance from it for its cockamamie steps.
The tea ceremony, is the way of tea drinking. When the tie guan yin tea utensils, cooking method, teahouse layout, etiquette, the conversation topic and so on are a series of decorous and exquisite steps. They are all very strict rules, each step is rigid and finished without carelessness. I’m afraid it’s even more rigid than the dama. The dama is after all handing down from our own ancestors from generation to generation, but the tea ceremony is an imported good, is passed from an island country to the mainland of China. Teaism is proper drinking art of Japanese nation. It observes the “four rules and seven principles” to show the spirit of “harmony, respect, tranquility and silence”. It’s said that the tea ceremony has been an important way and method to promote harmony of families in the country.
As for the Dragon well tea ceremony, Zhou Zuoren the famous writer has explained as this: “the meaning of tea ceremony, with ordinary words, can be called “snatch a little leisure from a busy life or taking enjoyment from pain”. That means enjoy the beauty and harmony even in the incomplete society, experience eternal right with instant, which is a representive art of Japanese “culture of symbolization”. Half a century has past, but his words are still meaningful now.
In today’s commercial society and market economy, we introduced the exotic tea ceremony and combined it with the tea culture in China to make more pure taste of tea. At the same time, the tea skills of each Chinese nationa had carried forward in the process of China’s reform and opening up and economy reinvigoration. Both the tea ceremony and the tea skill are important parts of the world’s tea culture. It provides a splendid reason and chance for people to “snatch a little leisure from a busy life or taking enjoyment from pain”, and developed into a lever to push the development of tour and regional economic growth.
