The diary of losing weight with meizitang

My major is management of hotels in university. My dream is one day I can wear business attire walking charmingly in the five-star hotel. I study very hard which makes me get scholarship every term. Maybe is because I put all my energy on my studying, no spare time to do exercise, so my weight gains so much which makes me surprised.

With good education and interview, I easy to be a member of a five-star hotel. At beginning, I feel so confident but the uniform wear in my body is not so beautiful. Working all most one year, my colleague called Yan who is more beautiful and charming than me but far from good at working than me got a promotion. I begin to self-criticism; also I hear some of my colleagues say secrets behind my back which are full of irony. They say that I only 166 cm but with a weight of 65 kg.

So I begin to my passionate weight loss journey.

Everyday I ride bicycle for half an hour to go to work, giving up taking a bus.

At breakfast, I take a pill of meizitang botanical slimming gel half an hour before, then I eat nutritious food, standing as much as I can and working actively.

At lunch, I only eat a little of rice and try to eat much vegetables, choosing low-fat meat such as fish and chicken to make sure I intake enough nutrition.

At dinner, I drink soup only such as minced pork congee with preserved egg, black rice porridge with jujubes.

At the period of it, I drink as much as water to make sure I get enough water which can also benefit to my skin.

In addition, no matter how hungry I am at night, I definitely not eat anything.

So, three months latter, I lost a lot of weight and I am more beautiful than before when I wear my uniform. Now, my weight has reduced to 54 kg.  I am still keeping my lose weight plan. But, what is happier is that my boss notices the efforts that I do, I am promoted as assistant manager. My dream of becoming a grace, beautiful white-collar is coming true step by step. Here, I really want to thank for meizitang which helps me change step by step, making my lose weight plan easier to be carried out.

I am a dress designer, because of the character of my work I always get in touch with professional models they all have devil figure. Every time, I am wondering the world should have so many slender women, then I look at myself, I have so many excess fats, I complain why the world is so unfair. Although every time I make my mind to lose weight, but every time i give up at the end. Not until this summer, I went to take part in a wedding of my friends, when I tried on dress then I found I could not wear those beautiful dresses because of my fat body which really annoyed me a lot and then I vow I must lose weight successful , in order to wear those beautiful dresses.

The most important of losing weight is you must have strong willpower. In fact, any kind of method for losing weight is effective as long as you can persist. My work always needs to work overtime which has a irregular rest time. Sometime, the models participate in a show which ends very late, and I also must stay with them. There fore, eating night snack becomes the main reason of my getting fat. Eating too much before sleep, when you fall asleep, this food will be converted into heat, then fat gains in no sense.

My plan of lose weight:

First step, giving up the habit of eating night snack

At beginning of my losing weight, every time after I back home at night, open the refrigerator, seeing all kind of delicious food in side, I really can not restrain the temptation of it, I always find thousand of excuses which allow me to eat. Later I change this habit, I just put away all of foods only left some fast frozen food. And then I go to supermarket to buy some seeds. In the evening, when I feel hungry, I watching DVDS and eating seeds. About half a month, I thoroughly give up the habit of eating night snacks. When I weigh my weight I find I have reduced 2.5 kg which makes me so happy and encourages me to go on.

Although we should not eat night snack as far as possible in order to keep slim, some habits are really hard to give up, in fact if you can master some little skills, you can also eat without worry. You can use soup or porridge to replace the instant noodles. No matter you cook it by yourself or buy it from supermarket or restaurant, the calorie of many soup and porridge is lower than 200. These are all can be choosed as night snacks. Also, the taste of soup and porridge is relatively light, easy to be digested. In addition, soup and porridge contain much water, after drinking can easy feel full, so you will not eat too much, and they are all in low-fat, low-oil which ia the best choice for warming up.

Some muscular magazine and websites say meizitang is a kind of health lose weight product, at first, I go to buy two packs of it with a mentality of having a try. I follow the instruction of meizitang, taking one pill a day half an hour before breakfast. First day, I have no any extra feeling, the second day I find I am no longer always have impulse to eating, and I eat only a little seldom feel hungry. I also feel thirsty which makes me a bit worry, then I ask help from the customer service they tell me that is normal because meizitang is taking effect on, my metabolism is quickening. A week latter, I weigh my weight which surprised me a lot, I have lost 7 pounds. Now I still keep eating meizitang, and I am changing everyday.

Advices:

One, lose weight needs be patient, do not use extreme method which surely can do harm for your health. Do not eat breakfast will make you have a strong sense of hungry; you can easy to eat much next meal.

Two, the same as above fast although can make you weight falls down but it is not worth to do so, because if you once eat much a meal, it will rebound at once and then all of your efforts in vain.
