Longjing tea the A class tea

Green tea has the largest production of A class, which has the most colors and species in the world. Tie guan yin tea has the features of strong aroma, pure taste, pretty form and lasting brewing and so on. Its producing process has been through a rolled and a drying part. Because of the different methods of drying in the process, green tea can be divided into roasted green tea, baked green tea, steamed green tea and dried green tea. As we mentioned that green tea outputs the largest production of tea in our country, what we can see from the fact that 18 provinces in China are producing green tea. The numbers of colors and species of green tea ranks the first in the world. Every year we export thousands tons of green tea, which takes around 70% of the green tea trade volume in the world tea market. China’s green tea has been popular by customers in domestic and abroad areas by its features of strong aroma, pure taste, pretty form and lasting brewing

Dragon well tea is the most prestigious green tea in tenderly roasted tea. To produce one kilogram of the top-grade Longjing tea we need about forty thousand delicate shoots. The tea water is emerald-green and smells sweet like orchid, while the leaves are smooth and flat. They are the four unique characters of Longjing tea as people always say “emerald color, strong fragrant, pure taste and pretty form “, which therefore make the tea much precious. Longjing has all along had five brands as “lion, dragon, cloud, tiger and plum flower” in the history, what adjusted to “Lion Peak Longjing”"May dock Longjing” and “West Lake Longjing”. In the three brands, the “Lion Peak Longjing” ranks the first by its best quality. The “Mingqian tea”(picked before the traditional Chinese festival Chingming Festival) and the “tea before rain” produced by the brands of Longjing tea have more tender shoots with one leaf one bud. When brewed the leaves are like flags and buds shape like guns, and we name that “flag gun”; If one leaf with two buds we name that “buxus”. They are both the precious species.
