Obesity is a selective disease which belongs to the same category with smoking, drinking and drugs. Many people try to lose weight but at last they fail again and again, often do not lose weight but fatter than before. It doesn’t mean you can also do it only because many people can do it. Thinking about if there is someone who eats a lot but she or he never gain weight and looks like a bamboo. So take it easy, making a realistic goal or it can only make you fail but nothing.

Now I ask you “can you lose one pound?” Listening to your heart carefully, are you keeping telling yourself “I am sure, one pound for me is ok, and everyone can do it”. Do you feel your rich confidence? If you can not even lose one pound, so how about the ten pounds and what         about the twenty pounds? You can not go to bed tonight, when get up tomorrow you find you have lost 20 pounds. There are many reasons which make us gain fat especially, the surrounding. So we should stop testing our ability of self-control which is already can not bear any temptation any more.

(2) Do not give any chance of failure is the tenet of meizitang, from now on , taking action from our home , trying to establish a good environment which can help you lose weight easier.

Taking out a big garbage bag, put all of the junk food and processed food such as: sugar, biscuits, cakes, instant noodles, beef jerks, sesame seed, bread, peanuts, dried fruit, sugar water and juice into the bag. Making sure that your home only has the food of fish, meat, vegetables and coarse grain. You may feel pity to throw the big bag of food, but you must know throw it away really can benefit us a lot when we lose weight. (3) See watch when eating

Breakfast and the two extra meals at least need 5 minutes, it is best to use 15 minutes
